KidCREATE Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Registration:
Enrollment in the class is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the course fee.

• Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.


2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds:
Refunds take 5–10 days to process.

• Cancellation by Participant:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the term will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start of the term are 50% refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the term are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Organizer:

  • If a class is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, the missed class will be added onto the term.

  • All classes require a minimum number of attendees and may be cancelled if numbers are insufficient.


3. Attendance and Punctuality

• Attendance:
No refunds or replacement classes will be provided for missed sessions.

• Punctuality:
Children must arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of class. KidCREATE is not responsible for children outside of scheduled class times.


4. Health and Safety

• Allergies and Medical Conditions:
Parents/guardians must inform the organizers of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of registration.

• Additional Needs:
Parents/guardians must disclose any additional needs or support requirements so we can make appropriate accommodations.

• Behaviour:
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and peers. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

• Emergency Procedures:
In the case of an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian using the information provided during registration.


5. Materials and Equipment

• Provided Materials:
All necessary materials and equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated.

• Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to class.


6. Photography and Media

• Photography:
Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Please notify us if you do not want your child photographed or recorded.

• Social Media:
Images or videos may be shared on KidCREATE’s website and social media platforms.


7. Data Protection

• Personal Information:
All information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the class and will not be shared externally.


8. Consent

By enrolling in the class, parents/guardians confirm that they have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.


Birthday Party Terms & Conditions


1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your party date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the party.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the party may result in the full balance being retained.

  • If more than 7 days’ notice is given, we’ll be happy to reschedule at no additional cost.


3. Party Location & Set-Up

Space Requirements:
The host must provide a clean, safe indoor space that includes:

  • Tables and chairs for all participating children

  • A separate table or workspace for art supplies

Parties can be hosted at home or in a venue of your choice (you are responsible for booking the venue). Please ensure the space is safe and accessible for children and staff.


4. Supervision & Safety

Our parties are led by experienced KidCREATE staff. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay.

To help us provide a smooth and safe experience, we ask the booking parent/guardian to:

  • Allow space for the instructor to lead without distraction

  • Inform us of any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs in advance

  • Provide an emergency contact number and remain reachable during the party

  • Be the main point of contact and take responsibility for all attending children

KidCREATE fosters a respectful, inclusive environment. All children are encouraged to express themselves while following basic behaviour and safety guidelines.


5. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities (e.g., paint, glue, latex).

  • We use non-toxic, child-safe materials where possible, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.


6. Numbers & Age Range

  • Parties are designed for children aged 5 to 12.

  • Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days in advance.

  • You will be charged based on the confirmed number or the minimum number required — whichever is greater.


7. Damage & Clean-up

  • We assist with basic clean-up after the session and aim to keep mess to a minimum.

  • Please protect floors and furniture as needed. KidCREATE is not liable for accidental property damage.


8. Photography

We may occasionally request permission to take photos for promotional use. No photos will be taken without verbal consent on the day or prior agreement.


9. Travel Fees

An additional fee may apply for parties held outside of Dublin. Please contact us for details.


10. Weather & Access

For outdoor parties, an indoor back-up space must be available in case of bad weather.
Please ensure easy access for unloading art supplies.
