1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your party date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the party.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may result in the full balance being retained.

If more than 7 days’ notice is given, we will be happy to reschedule your party at no additional cost.

3. Party Location & Set-Up

  • Space Requirements
    To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the host is responsible for providing a safe, clean indoor space that includes:

    • Tables and chairs for all participating children
    • A separate table or workspace for the art supplies

    Parties can be hosted in your home or at a venue of your choosing that you are responsible for booking.

    • Please ensure the space is safe and accessible for both children and staff.
  • 4. Supervision & Safety

    Our parties are fully led by experienced KidCREATE staff, so parents are welcome to drop off and enjoy a break or stay if you prefer!

    To help us keep everyone safe and happy, we ask the booking parent/guardian to:

    • If parents choose to stay during the party, we kindly ask that they allow space for the instructor to lead the activities without distraction. This helps ensure a fun and focused experience for all the children
    • Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs we should be aware of.

    • Provide an emergency contact number and remain reachable during the party.

    • Be the main point of contact and take full responsibility for all children attending.

    KidCREATE staff create a respectful, inclusive space where all children are encouraged to express themselves and have fun while following basic guidelines for behaviour and safety.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities (e.g., paint, glue, latex).

  • We do our best to use non-toxic, child-safe materials, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Numbers & Age Range

  • Parties are best suited for children aged 5 to 12.

  • Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days in advance

  • You will be charged based on the confirmed number of children, or the minimum required number—whichever is greater

7. Damage & Clean-up

  • We aim to keep mess to a minimum and will assist with basic clean-up after the session.

  • Please protect floors and furniture as needed. KidCREATE is not liable for accidental damage to property.

8. Photography

  • Occasionally, we may ask permission to take photos for promotional use. No photos will be taken without verbal consent on the day or prior agreement.

9. Travel Fees

  • An additional fee may apply for parties outside of Dublin. Please contact us for details.

10. Weather & Access

  • For outdoor parties, you must have an indoor back-up space in case of poor weather.

  • Easy access for unloading supplies is appreciated.
